A site for a family business selling tractor parts since 1980, where every brand and part group has its own page.
What was there
The business was on the map but had no website. The first need was a single address to attach to the business profile.
People search by brand or part name: “New Holland spare parts”, “tractor hydraulic pump”. One page cannot answer all of those.
How I built it
Twenty one pages instead of one: separate pages for ten brands and nine part groups, each aimed at its own search.
Pages are not written by hand. All content sits in one data file and a single command regenerates pages, internal links, markup and the sitemap.
No server. Prebuilt files are served directly, so there is next to nothing to maintain.
The text says only what the business actually does. Unverifiable promises like same day shipping and a WhatsApp line that does not exist were removed.
The phone number is on the first screen and pinned to the bottom on mobile; both lines are one tap away.
What I did
- Design and building the site.
- Brand and part group pages, cross links between them and page specific questions.
- Business details matching the map listing exactly: name, two phone numbers, address, coordinates and hours.
- Structured data, a sitemap and a share image for Google.
- Repository and Cloudflare setup for publishing.
