A site that turns the speech in an uploaded video into text with AI, then burns the styled subtitles into the video to download.
What was there
Ready-made subtitle services charge by the minute, are strict about file size, and their Turkish output is not always usable.
Producing the text is not enough on its own: creators want to set the font, the colour and the position themselves.
How I built it
The speech-to-text model runs on my own server, so the bill follows the server rather than the usage.
Subtitles are burned into the video, so the downloaded file looks the same everywhere without juggling a separate subtitle file.
Font, colour, size and position are set in a live preview, with the position placed by dragging.
The uploaded video is deleted from the server once the job is done.
The file limit is 500 MB, which is what the server can handle. I did not want to promise more and fail halfway.

- Uploads and job tracking: MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI and WebM, up to 500 MB.
- Turning speech into text and lining the timings up with the video.
- The editing screen where the text can be fixed and the style previewed live.
- Burning the subtitles into the video and producing the file to download.
