Özel Ders Takibi
A single panel for a private tutor's lessons, homework, mock exams and payments. Students and their parents share one account to see the schedule, homework and balance.
What was there
The schedule, homework and payments lived in separate notebooks and chat threads. Seeing how much a student still owed meant scrolling back through messages.
The parent side was the weakest link: checking whether the child attended or did their homework meant asking the tutor every time.
How I built it
I did not add a separate parent role. Student and parent share the student account, which removes a second password, a second invite flow and the confusion of who sees what.
Mock exam PDFs are read but never saved directly: the rows pre-fill the form and the tutor confirms them, so a misread line never turns into data silently.
PDF reading is plain local text parsing — no file leaves the server and no AI service is involved.
The panel runs on a licence. If the licence server is unreachable there is a 72-hour grace period, and the student side is never locked.

- Tutor panel: weekly calendar, attendance, recurring schedule, at-home or online lessons.
- Homework flow: creating from templates, picking students, uploading and grading solutions.
- Mock exams: reading results from PDF, net score progress and per-subject results.
- Money: payment ledger, due dates, lesson packages and balances.
- Communication: messages, announcements and bulk homework reminders.
- Student side: schedule, homework, materials, topic progress and payment history.
