About this installation
Anyone installing their software for more than one client reaches the same point: who runs which version, which install is paid for, and what the app should do when a licence expires. Once these are managed in a spreadsheet, mistakes follow.
The panel issues a licence key per product and locks it to a domain. Client installs call a verification service and the answers are recorded.
You decide how the app behaves while a licence is invalid. Stopping it entirely is usually the wrong call; locking only the admin side without cutting the client off from their data works better.
Payment and renewal tracking sit in the same panel, and an audit log records what changed, when and by whom.

Your application calls the verification service and acts on the answer. The connecting code is written during the setup and handed over to you.
What happens if the connection drops?
The verification result is cached for a set period, so a temporary outage does not stop the app. You decide how long that period is.
